Join us for a cozy, cathartic, and very danceable night celebrating Domenique's birthday and the release of her debut electronic album and poetry book—both written over the past year and rooted in lived experience, resilience, and self-discovery. The musical album is based off of the poems written in the book, and are intended to be experienced at the same time.
The evening opens with a trans & LGBTQ+ poetry open mic (theme: self-discovery, acceptance, and resilience), followed by a 2-hour live electronic set with vocals, looping, and immersive visuals. Expect something intimate, emotional, and joyful—equal parts dance party and community gathering.
This event is also a mutual aid fundraiser for trans folks, with all proceeds from tickets and merch going directly to trans community members in need.
